How do I order?

Choose the products that you want to order, select quantity then click "Add to Cart". Check out when you have finalized your orders and are ready to pay.

How do I pay?

You may pay using your credit card through PayPal or pay cash through Security Bank or PS Bank deposit.  We also accept Gcash payment.

Where do you ship?

We ship within the Philippines. Shipping fee is P100 within Metro Manila and P180 for provincial areas.

How long does it take to deliver orders?

We ship 2 days after payment has been made.  If by chance order is sold out, give us at least 3 days to produce then we will ship as soon as new item is ready.

Where are your items made of?

Our bead jewelry are all handmade by local artisans.  Our metal pieces like stainless jewelry are assembled here as well. 

Will my jewelry look the same as in the photo?

Each piece is handmade by our makers.  Expect a slight change in color or shape especially with the gemstones since they are all natural making each piece unique.

What are your care instructions?

Clean with clean, dry cloth. As for the gemstones, cleanse by washing it with salted water at least twice a month. Also, If you treat your piece with love and care, it will last forever.  

What is your packaging?

Every product comes with a cloth pouch and a care tag.  We also add a freebie for every purchase, a simple token of gratitude.

Can I have an item repaired?

We do accept repairs for free as long as materials are still complete.  Shipping is shouldered by the customer.

What is your return policy?

If you're unhappy with your order or the product is damaged in transit, send us an email as soon as your package arrive so that we can reach a resolution together.

Exchanges will be allowed only if they are arranged within a week of receiving the product.  Return shipping cost will be on the customer.
